Development Review

Development Review Meeting Request

The Community Development Department offers Development Review Meetings for prospective developers to discuss zoning, subdivision, land development management, building codes, fire safety, right-of-way encroachment, and other aspects of a project before site plans or other submissions are made to the County. This allows each developer the chance to find out what restrictions and regulations are imposed on a particular site or type of project. The Community Development Department will coordinate with other County Departments and agencies to have all involved parties attend the Development Review Meeting. Meeting
